
My story
Before I went vegan, my diet was what I'd call normal. I ate meat almost every day, loved cheese, and saw vegetables as a side dish. but I was always tired, my digestion was a mess, and i didn't feel good. after a visit to the doctor and some concerning test results, I knew something had to change. that was my wake up call , i came across a documentary about a plant based diet and was blown away by the science behind it, i was skeptical ,but the idea of using food as medicine was too powerful to ignore. i decided to try going vegan for just one month. the first few weeks were a challenge. going vegan was the single best decision i've ever made for my health.
