Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. For my very first post on simply veganism. I wanted to talk about a topic that can often feel overwhelming: veganism. The world of veganism can seem daunting, filled with complicated rules, unfamiliar ingredients, and a "go big or go home" mentality. But it doesn't have to be that way. My own journey didn't start with a dramatic, overnight change. It began with small, manageable steps—a "simply vegan" approach. For me, it was about starting with what I already knew and loved. I started by replacing my milk with oat milk in my coffee and cereal. Then, I swapped out a meat-based dinner for a delicious lentil soup I already enjoyed. I didn't worry about being perfect; I focused on being present and making one small, conscious choice at a time.This blog is a reflection of that philosophy. It's a space for simple, delicious, and approachable recipes that prove vegan food is anything but boring. It's also a place to share the little discoveries, the triumphs, and the occasional mishaps of living a plant-based life.
